It's cookout season! Who doesn't love a great burger? Our friend Mike shared this recipe with us many years ago. We thought it was an innovative and delicious way to snazz up a burger before it even made it to the bun! Your friends and family are sure to enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Ground Sirloin
4 oz. Blue Cheese crumbles
1 T. 8th Wonder Spice Blend
Hamburger buns
Toppings of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine about a pound of ground sirloin with 4 ounces of blue cheese crumbles.
Blend the mixture so the crumbles are evenly distributed but not mashed.
Form 4-6 hamburgers with the mixture and place them on a plate.
Season the burgers with a generous amount of 8th Wonder Spice Blend.
Cook the burgers on a very hot grill, blackening the outside and searing in the blue cheese.
Meanwhile, toast hamburger buns on grill for about 1 minute, then remove.
Remove the burgers from the grill before the cheese oozes out.
Dress your 8th Wonder Blackened Blue Cheese Burger any way you want but, we like a little hot sauce mayo.
