INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Ground Sirloin

  • 4 oz. Blue Cheese crumbles

  • 1 T. 8th Wonder Spice Blend

  • Hamburger buns

  • Toppings of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine about a pound of ground sirloin with 4 ounces of blue cheese crumbles.

  2. Blend the mixture so the crumbles are evenly distributed but not mashed.

  3. Form 4-6 hamburgers with the mixture and place them on a plate.

  4. Season the burgers with a generous amount of 8th Wonder Spice Blend.

  5. Cook the burgers on a very hot grill, blackening the outside and searing in the blue cheese.

  6. Meanwhile, toast hamburger buns on grill for about 1 minute, then remove.

  7. Remove the burgers from the grill before the cheese oozes out.

  8. Dress your 8th Wonder Blackened Blue Cheese Burger any way you want but, we like a little hot sauce mayo.
